My Story

I'm Lisa. My parents are from Madeira, and much of my family is still here. They emigrated to Canada, where I was born and raised, and later I built my career in London leading UX teams.

After my daughter was born, I felt a strong pull back to our roots and moved to Madeira. Living on-island, I built a trusted local network and kept seeing the same pattern for overseas owners: communication gaps, uneven quality, and costly surprises.

I was already managing two family properties in Madeira, and I knew it was the right time to expand. That is why I founded Madeira Property Concierge: a small, founder-led service with clear tiers, clear reporting, and one person you can hold accountable.
